{My Parties} Three-I-E-I-O Purple Farm Party

Three-I-E-I-O, it's Emma Kate's 3rd birthday!
I have styled every one of this cutie's birthday parties, and I think the themes just keep getting cuter. And, she is a girl after my own heart--she loves purple!
When her mom told me that she was obsessed with her Little People Farm, I knew I wanted to give it a different spin. so, what do you get when you combine her favorite color and favorite toy?
A purple farm party!

The fabulous Piggy Bank Parties made this invitation for us. How cute are these animals??
On our version, the truck was purple, of course.

I knew I wanted to do a barn backdrop, so when I found this one on My Backdrop Shop, I had them custom cut it for me to fit my backdrop.
I added the white details with duct tape.
The fabulous cake was made by Mad Lily Cakery, my very favorite bakery. One thing I love about her work is that she can make her buttercream look incredibly smooth. That is NOT fondant!
Only the details are fondant.

I might have squealed out loud when I saw this cake.
I love working with vendors that I haven't worked with before. And as soon as I saw Jaclyn's (Peckled) work, I knew I had to have her make something for this party. Jaclyn makes these gorgeous, perfect pinwheel banners. I could not have imagined how cute this could be, but it's almost like you want to frame it for your wall!

I had to do purple popcorn for this party. I found these cute nut cups at Hobby Lobby and wanted to fill them with something that would be easy for kids to eat.
It's grape flavored!
Maria at Love and Sugar Kisses is one of my favorite vendors. Did did the cutest Daisy Duck shoes for Emma Kate's party last year and they were a huge hit, so I knew I had to have her make some for this party. I saw some cow print ones she did for a Chic-Fil-A party recently and knew that would be perfect!
Can you believe she can make fondant GINGHAM?

Birthday Express sent me so many cute cow-themed items for this party, including these plates and napkins.
The matched the tablecloth almost exactly!

I love these milk buckets that I got at Hobby Lobby. Aren't they perfect for this?

That handkerchief is so easy to make! I got those purple ones at Michaels and then cut them down the middle on a diagonal. Then, I simply hot glued them to some grosgrain ribbon.

The wonderful Piggy Bank Parties did all the printables for me too.
It's hard to tell in this picture, but the letters are cow-print!
The absolutely adorable cow balloons are from Birthday Express.
For the favor station, I did a couple of different options for the kids. The first option was a farm themed straw cup from Birthday Express. The second was a purple truck favor box filled with Hershey's Kisses.
I displayed them all on these crates that are part of my permanent collection.
I don't even know what to say about these truck boxes by Piggy Bank Parties.
I mean.....
And they can do them in any color too!

When I saw these farm themed sippy cups on Birthday Express, I couldn't resist getting them for this party. They are perfect for this age group of kids.

The favor tags from Piggy Bank Parties are tied with some cute purple baker's twine.

 Hope you enjoyed THREE-I-E-I-O!
