I am always looking for fun ideas for party food! Since planning parties is what I do, I love adding a themed food or snack to my menu to make the party extra special! And, since summer is just around the corner, there will be a lot of camping parties and backyard nights under the stars coming soon!
So, today I am going to show you how to make the perfect snack for your camping parties that all your guests (young AND old) are sure to love.

Doesn't smore pudding cups sound awesome? And the best part is that it's so easy to make! All you have to do is pick up some Snack Pack Pudding and these easy ingredients at your local Wal-Mart!
(This guy LOVES Snack Packs!!)

So, here's how you can make your very own fun Snack Pack Smores Pudding!
You will need Snack Pack Pudding in Chocolate flavor with the new easy-to-open lids, mini marshmallows, chocolate bars, graham crackers, hazelnut cookies, and these brand-new Snack Pack Pudding Bars! They are available in stores on May 18th, but I got a sneak peek of them! AND, we got to sample the chocolate and the chocolate caramel. My boys loved them!
Start by scooping about half of the chocolate pudding into a separate bowl. Set aside.
Crush a sleeve of graham cracker crumbs and add some into the pudding cup.

Top the graham crackers with mini-marshmallows.
Add the rest of the pudding back into the cup.
Top with more graham cracker crumbs and large chunks of the Snack Pack Pudding Bars.

Add some more mini marshmallows, a piece of chocolate bar, and half of a hazelnut cookie.
For extra campground fun, toast the marshmallows with a butane lighter or a kitchen torch. Be careful not to burn the plastic container. You could also toast these in the oven and then add them after they are toasted.

This recipe is great for a kids party, but I know a lot of adults who would love eating this too!
And, one Snack Pack Pudding cup has the same amount of calcium as an 8oz glass of milk!
What's better than getting your calcium AND eating chocolate? Win!

  1. Wow this looks so amazing! I love the idea of adding the pudding bar and a hazlenut cookie to it to make it even more delicious and special--but none of it looks very hard to do either, which is perfect for summer treats! #client
